CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITION
Non-Refundable Deposit:
The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Period:
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Early Departures and No-Shows:
No refunds will be provided for participants who leave the retreat early or do not attend without prior notice.
Refund Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, where cancellation is due to unforeseen and documented emergencies, the organizers may consider a partial refund at their discretion.
Refund Deductions:
Any applicable refunds may be subject to the deduction of transaction fees or other non-recoverable expenses incurred by the organizers.
Notification of Cancellation:
Participants must notify the organizers of their intention to cancel in writing via email. The cancellation date will be based on the date of receipt of the email.
All cancellations requested via email 90 days prior to the trip date may be considered for a partial refund based on the availability to fill the spot that was reserved. It is our practice to be understanding and fair in all situations. Please email us with any questions and concerns before your booking so that we can ensure you are prepared and covered in the event of a change. Again, travel insurance is 100% recommended.
Transfer of Booking:
Participants may have the option to transfer their booking to another eligible individual with the approval of the organizers. A transfer fee may apply.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.
Travel Insurance:
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellations.
Acceptance of Cancellation Terms:
By making a deposit and participating in the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms and conditions.
